1. Where is your company located?
Our factory is located in Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. it takes about 1 hours by car from Guangzhou airport.

We will pick you up from the airport to our factory.
2. How long for the delivery time?
For Mass Production: Normally it will be takes about 10-15 days, according to type of product and quantity your order.

For Mock Up: The lead time is about 15 days.
3. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples for your hotel projects.
4. How Long is the products Life Time?
Each hotel supplies products has different service time, if you want to know the exact life time of the items you bought, please feel free to contact us.
5. How can I know the completion of my order?
50% deposit payment—start production—Take photos you confirmed—check the logistic—book shipment—inform customer ETD&ETA—load container—balance payment—send documents.
6. What's The Min. Order Quantity?
1 pcs is available. We accept small and big quantity order, no worries.
7. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:

1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;

2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;

3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
8. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?
Yes, we can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.

We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.

5 days for sample. Production is never started without your (or your client’s) sign-off on a sample. What you see is what you get. We don’t want any surprises or compromises.

If you have a question or request, we can typically have an answer in 12 hours or less. The time change between countries works to our advantage, so we can be working on your behalf 24 hours a day.

Many of the items are produced in 10-30 days and shipped by ship. If your order needs to be put on a jet for air delivery, we have got that covered too. Our rates are very competitive based on our high volumes.
